What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance, as the entrance is closed between 20:00 and 07:00.
Is breakfast served?
Breakfast is not included, but there is a coffee house and bar on the ground floor, and several cafés and bakeries are within a minute's walk.
Is there parking?
The residence has no parking of its own. Public car parks in the city centre are within a short walk.
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Most room types have a private bathroom. The compact Double Room uses a well-maintained shared bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Are there rooms with a balcony?
Some rooms open onto a small balcony or terrace overlooking the neighbourhood. Let us know when you book and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Is WiFi free?
Yes. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property.
Do you have family rooms?
Yes. The 40 m² Family Studio sleeps up to four guests with a twin bed, a full bed and a sofa bed.
Is there a swimming pool, spa or airport shuttle?
No. The residence focuses on comfortable rooms and a central location; there is no pool, spa or shuttle service.
How far is the property from the city centre?
It is in the city centre - the Plaza Mayor and the concathedral are a few minutes away on foot.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, and the whole property is non-smoking.
