Everything at Residencial Art Brut is designed around a comfortable, uncomplicated stay in the city centre.
Comfort in the rooms
Every room has air conditioning and heating, soundproofing, fresh linens, a socket beside the bed, a work desk, a seating area, a wardrobe or clothes rack, a drying rack, a fan, a mosquito net and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Selected rooms add a refrigerator, a private entrance, a bath and city views, and all floors are finished in tile or marble.
Bathrooms
Rooms come with either a private or a shared bathroom depending on the type you choose, each with a shower, toilet and hairdryer, and cleaning products and hand sanitiser available for guests. The Deluxe Double Room adds a full bath and bidet.
Food, drink and outdoors
A coffee house and bar on site serve drinks and casual bites through the day, a terrace gives you somewhere to sit out in the warm months, and temporary art exhibitions rotate through the building - the detail that gives the residence its name.
Services and internet
Free WiFi covers every area of the property, express check-in and check-out keep arrivals quick, invoices are provided on request, and our team speaks English, Spanish, Romanian and Russian. Fire extinguishers are installed throughout and the entire property is smoke-free. There is no parking on site.
House rules
Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out until 11:00, and we ask you to confirm your arrival time in advance. The entrance is closed between 20:00 and 07:00. A refundable damage deposit of €40 is collected by credit card on arrival and returned within seven days of check-out after inspection. Children of all ages are welcome, the minimum check-in age is 18, guests under 18 may only check in with a parent or guardian, cribs and extra beds are not available, and pets are not allowed.
